KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 22, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- New from Packline Ltd and Ultrasource llc, the low profile clamp attachment is designed for positioning and transporting rolls of film or foil in production and warehouse environments. Constructed from stainless steel 303/304, this roll handling equipment is suitable for hygienic applications within cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing.

The clamp is fitted with low profile pads which enable the handling of rolls when lifting and positioning nearer to the floor and where there is limited space to load rolls onto the processing line.

The attachment is manually rotated. The rolls are securely gripped by the external diameter. A handwheel provides the clamping and release actions and the mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the pads do not over or under tighten.

These features combine to enable the operator to lift, transport and handle rolls with complete confidence and safety.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most lifting requirements.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of 'Compac' lifting machine that is fitted with the attachment quick release system.
