Vancouver's Newest Cannabis Tour Company is Providing Free Walking Tours to Inform the Cannabis Curious

VANCOUVER, Oct. 19, 2018 /CNW/ - Canada may have officially become the first G-7 nation to federally legalize recreational cannabis, but many people still don't fully understand the new system's rules. Two new Vancouver businesses are aiming to change that. The Movement Cannabis Tours and Informed High are partnering to provide free informational walking tours to help the public get up to speed on legal cannabis.

Vancouver's newest cannabis tour company is providing free walking tours to educate the cannabis curious. The Movement Cannabis Tours aims to help Vancouver's residents and visitors aged 19+ to enjoy the city's cannabis industry safely and legally. The free informational walking tours will run five times a day for the next two weekends (Oct. 21st, 22nd, 27th, and 28th). The tours run every two hours, starting at 9am near the Vancouver Art Gallery, and includes stops at some of Vancouver's key locations in cannabis history.

"We're incredibly proud that Canada has stepped up to lead the world in cannabis policy. So we're doing our part as local cannabis-focused businesses to help inform and educate people on the new recreational system, and how they can enjoy it safely and legally." ? Keenan Hall.

The Movement Cannabis Tours will launch their official walking and charter tours later this month, which include stops at some of Vancouver's leading cannabis businesses and smoke breaks at pre-determined legal consumption areas. For more information, visit their webpage www.themovementtours.com.

The Movement Cannabis Tours is a licensed and insured tour company specializing in Vancouver-based curated cannabis experiences. Hoping to educate in a memorable, interactive medium, they offer a safe and informative tour answering any and all questions regarding Canada's newest legal commodity. Their roots in cannabis activism can still be seen in the tour company's commitment to re-invest 4.20% of their profits back into the cannabis industry, global cannabis legalization efforts, and cannabis research.

Informed High is a Vancouver-based cannabis collective intended to provide the most up-to-date information regarding all aspects surrounding cannabis. Regardless of one's level of cannabis consumption, there is relevant, accessible information, updated frequently to remove any negative stigma established prior to legalization. Aimed toward adults (19+), from a novice to experienced consumer, they hope to help everyone become informed about cannabis. For more information, visit their webpage at www.informedhigh.com
