JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Contracting Group, a Multifamily General Contractor with offices in Jacksonville, FL and Atlanta, GA, has started construction on Waypoint West Kernan luxury apartments in Jacksonville, FL.

Waypoint West Kernan Apartments will consist of 301 units in 12 three-story buildings and five two-story carriage house buildings, with total net square footage of 266,958. Community amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, grilling areas, garages, maintenance shop, leasing center, and luxury interior finishes that include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Construction is planned to be complete in Summer 2020. The developer is Waypoint Residential and the architect is BGO Architects.
