Parkway Signs Lease With Primrose Schools at Greenway Plaza

HOUSTON, July 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Parkway Property Investments, LLC ("Parkway") announced today the execution of an 8,000-square-foot lease for an early education childcare facility with nationally-acclaimed Primrose Schools ("Primrose") at 3 Greenway Plaza. For Parkway, the execution of this lease represents the first childcare operator brought to Greenway Plaza.

With more than 375 schools across the country, Primrose is excited to help Parkway offer tenants at Greenway Plaza the premier experience Primrose parents nationwide have come to love. The new Primrose school at 3 Greenway Plaza will be operated by a Houston-area franchise owner who already owns several Primrose schools and will offer education and care for children ages 6 weeks to 36 months old.
