Ginger Hardage, Former Senior VP of Culture and Communications at Southwest Airlines, Announces The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship

DALLAS, March 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Since retiring as the Senior VP of Culture and Communications at Southwest Airlines in 2017 after an illustrious 25 years, Ginger Hardage has endeavored to use her experience and passion to help organizations create and sustain cultures of enduring greatness. That journey has led her to create The Unstoppable Cultures Fellowship (www.unstoppableculturesfellowship.com), an exclusive leadership experience that will launch with a four-day retreat at the beautiful Four Seasons Rancho Encantado Santa Fe from November 12-15, 2018. Space is limited to just 56 participants to allow for an environment where real organizational culture issues can be discussed, wrestled with, and solved through coaching and collaboration.
