ESO Solutions Forecasts Key Fire Department Trends for 2018


AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- ESO Solutions, the leading data and software company serving emergency medical services, fire departments and hospitals, today shared the industry predictions that will have the biggest impact on fire departments in 2018: Accreditation will continue to grow in importance; data will play a more and more important role in fire prevention, responder safety, fire suppression and responding timely to emergency events; budget scrutiny will play an increasingly prominent role; and hiring and retaining talent will be critical as leadership retires.
