Oceaneering to Participate at the Goldman Sachs Energy Conference


HOUSTON, Jan. 3, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Oceaneering International, Inc. ("Oceaneering") (NYSE:OII) announced today that President and Chief Executive Officer Roderick A. Larson will meet with institutional investors and participate on the Oilfield Services Panel, Outlook for Subsea Equipment and Services, at the Goldman Sachs Global Energy Conference in Miami, Florida on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

The investor handout will be made available after the close of the market on Monday, January 8, 2018, through the Investor Relations section of Oceaneering's website at www.oceaneering.com. The panel discussion will not be webcast.
