CANCUN, MEXICO --(Marketwired - May 03, 2016) - This month, award winning Royalton Luxury Resorts debuted another gourmet dining option with the opening of the C/X Culinary Experience at the Hideaway at Royalton Riviera Cancun. Guests of this luxury all-inclusive resort and its sister resort Royalton Riviera Cancun can add dining at an exclusive adult's only private chef's table to their All-in Luxury® stay for USD$80 per person.
This private dining experience is a show of culinary talent, where courses are prepared in an open kitchen, then unveiled and savored by guests one at a time. A ceremony that brings each person through seven unforgettable courses, each with its own musical soundtrack, the C/X Culinary Experience is a creatively curated event.
Seated banquet-style at a long table, the gastronomic adventure begins with the guest's choice of Foie Gras, Yellowfin Tuna, Duck Magret in a Tamarind Glaze and King Crab, served Acapulco Style. A brief pause comes from Pumpkin Blossoms followed by Sorbet to cleanse the palate then rising to the pinnacle of Sea Scallops on Truffle Oil Risotto, Sea Bass a la talla, and Black Angus tenderloin. The C/X Culinary Experience rests with a Chocolate Course, signaling the close of a memorable culinary journey.
