Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity launches new mobile app and first-of-its-kind digital education library to help more homeowners in Dallas - and beyond


DALLAS, Feb. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity launched two innovative tools that will support individuals on their home buying journeys better than ever before.

Thanks to generous donations from the Moody Foundation and The NBCUniversal Foundation for technology innovation, today, Dallas Habitat launched its new mobile app, HomeSuite, bringing the relationship between a potential homeowner and their Dallas Habitat homeownership counselor right to their fingertips.

Additionally, Dallas Habitat is now the first Habitat affiliate in the world to offer a public digital education library that will provide anyone with access to free education courses about homeownership topics such as understanding credit scores, determining a responsible debt-to-income ratio and building a savings account.
