"As the pace -- and complexity -- of digital learning accelerates, Brian will ensure that our technology continues to incorporate the latest advances in AI and machine learning," said Michael London, Founder and CEO of Examity. "Brian's experience at the country's leading software companies will enable him to further Examity's position at the forefront of innovation in online proctoring."

"The broad and expanding need for secure online testing presents exciting market opportunities and technical challenges," said Collins. "Examity's investments in innovation have driven its leadership position in the field. We now have an opportunity to utilize technology advancements to create new capabilities and products that delight our customers and advance the mission of online learning."

Examity's platform offers a variety of proctoring styles, from automated through to live, for more than 500 universities, employers, and certification providers worldwide. The company's solution leverages proprietary AI and machine learning algorithms to protect exam content and streamline the online testing experience.
