Media advisory - Press conference regarding Government of Canada support for Atelier d'usinage Quenneville and the Community Economic Development and Employability Corporation (CEDEC)
Richard Hébert, Member of Parliament for Lac-Saint-Jean and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Small Business and Export Promotion, will announce funding for Atelier d'usinage Quenneville Inc. and CEDEC, an organization that supports entrepreneurship and community economic development.
The announcement will be made on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED).
After the press conference, the media will have an opportunity to take part in a guided tour of a section of the machine shop. For safety reasons, visitors are required to wear closed shoes and safety goggles, which will be provided.
