WASHINGTON, Jan. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Vice President Mike Pence will be headline speaker at the 37th Annual Rose Dinner representing the Trump administration at the annual March for Life's concluding event in Washington, DC.

The vice president previously made history in 2017 when he addressed the March for Life just one week after his inauguration.

Solidarity HealthShare, a pro-life alternative to traditional healthcare insurance is a sponsor of the Rose Dinner. Last year President Trump became the first sitting president to address the March for Life live from the White House.

In his first two years the President has enacted several pro-life policies including, preventing U.S. tax dollars from funding abortion overseas, ordering the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to mandate health insurers reveal which plans cover abortions, and the creation of a Conscience and Religious Freedom Division, protecting the rights of medical professionals who object to participating in abortions. President Trump has also appointed constitutionalist justices to both the Supreme Court and Federal benches.

The Rose Dinner will follow the March for Life on the evening of January 18 in the grand ballroom of the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. Keynote speaker will be former abortionist and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist fellow Dr. Kathi Aultman.
