Global Real Estate Dividend Growers Corp. Final Distribution Prior to Merger into REIT INDEXPLUS Income Fund

CALGARY, Jan. 15, 2019 /CNW/ - Global Real Estate Dividend Growers Corp. (TSX:GRL) (the "Fund") is pleased to announce the final distribution payable to shareholders of Global Real Estate Dividend Growers Corp. as follows:

This will be the final distribution of the fund, as Global Real Estate Dividend Growers Corp. is expected to merge into REIT INDEXPLUS Income Fund on or about February 12, 2019, as previously announced on November 20, 2018.

The equity shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GRL.
