An alliance of global companies will launch a new initiative to work on solutions to reduce mismanaged plastic waste in the environment, especially in the ocean. The Alliance will be announced during a global, live internet broadcast originating from London, UK.

WHO:        

The global broadcast will launch the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, a non-profit organization. CEOs from across the global plastic value chain, including chemical and plastic manufacturers, consumer goods companies, retailers converters, waste management companies and partner organizations, will launch the Alliance.
