Mr. Rauch has a wide range of commercial litigation experience in jurisdictions across the country. In particular, his practice focuses on matters involving product liability claims, contract disputes, construction issues, non-compete/trade secrets claims, bid dispute and procurement issues, and a variety of healthcare issues.
Mr. Rauch is recognized as a leader in his field by Ohio Super Lawyers "Rising Stars." He previously served as an extern for Justice Sharon Kennedy of the Ohio Supreme Court. Mr. Rauch received his B.A. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from Capital University Law School.
