Caring Brands International and Interim HealthCare Inc. Announce New President and CEO

SUNRISE, Fla., Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Caring Brands International (CBI), a leading franchisor of global home healthcare services, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Sheets as President and Chief Executive Officer of CBI and Interim HealthCare Inc., effective January 14, 2019.

Jennifer brings nearly 20 years of healthcare management experience in both home health and hospital settings, where she successfully introduced and operationalized progressive programs that drove growth through clinical excellence, improved patient outcomes and reduced delivery costs.

She most recently served as Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Executive of Clinical Operations, Innovation, Education, and Quality at BAYADA Home Health. As BAYADA's innovation leader, among her many clinical and operations-focused imperatives, she launched the Center for Integrative Care, a progressive approach to healthcare management that bundles services and utilizes artificial intelligence, hands-on care coordination and data-enabled risk stratification to create an integrated patient-provider-referral source process responsive to the changing needs of a high-risk population.

Matthew Frankel, a Board member at CBI and a Partner at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners said, "Along with a strong clinical foundation and operational background, Jennifer has the business and financial experience to successfully lead growth and transformation on a large scale. Her credentials, proven track record, multi-faceted background and experience with home health, hospice, personal care and managed care, are the components we need in a CEO to lead this organization into the future."

Prior to BAYADA, Jennifer served as Chief Clinical Officer for Highland Capital/Cornerstone Healthcare Group, where she was a key member of the executive team that led M&A activities to expand the post-acute lines and broaden the scope of the company. Earlier in her career, Jennifer held leadership positions with Gentiva Health Services and Kindred Healthcare.

Jennifer stated, "Rapid growth in our industry, coupled with mounting demand for innovative solutions from the consumer and healthcare marketplace, will continue to increase the vital services delivered by the Caring Brands family. I look forward to building on the strong legacy upon which this organization was founded, and to working with such a highly respected and compassionate team of franchisees and employees as we capitalize on our unique strengths and assets to make us the standard of the home care experience for patients and their loved ones."
