Media Advisory - Media availability on launch of public consultation on the proposed national park reserve in the South Okanagan-Similkameen
SYILX NATION, BC, Dec. 10, 2018 /CNW/ - Today, the governments of Canada, British Columbia and the Syilx/Okanagan Nation launched a public consultation on the proposed national park reserve in the South Okanagan-Similkameen, seeking input on the proposed boundary and key aspects for the management of the lands.
Parks Canada will be offering a media availability on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, to provide an overview of the consultation.
