FMI Advises William Charles Construction Group, including Ragnar Benson, on Sale to Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, Inc.

(NASDAQ: IEA). FMI Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Williams Charles for this transaction.
