Dynamic Quest Acquires Enroute Networks

NEW YORK, Dec. 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Spire Capital portfolio company, Dynamic Quest, a managed service provider offering IT and cloud services to enterprises and businesses, completed the acquisition of Enroute Networks ("Enroute"), a Marietta, Georgia-based managed service provider with 16 employees.

Founded in 2001 by David Hampson, Enroute services small to medium sized businesses across a wide variety of verticals with unique niches including the hospitality industry.  Nearly two-thirds of Enroute's revenue is recurring with a strong, loyal customer base. David will join the Dynamic Quest team as Vice President of Technology Solutions.

The transaction will expand Dynamic Quest's presence into Georgia, add Unified Communications (UC) expertise as well as other voice-over-IP (VoIP) services to its solution set and provide the ability to cross-sell some services to Enroute's customer base that are not offered today.  Dynamic Quest will look to leverage its infrastructure including its data center, Philippines remote delivery team and sales and marketing initiatives to accelerate growth in Georgia.
