Mandy Ginsberg, Match Group's Chief Executive Officer, spearheaded the audit as part of her commitment to implement company policies and benefits that foster a diverse and inclusive environment for all employees.

"One of my guiding principles as a leader has always been rewarding employees based on their impact on the organization, whether they ask for it or not. So often and in so many businesses, women don't make compensation demands. And until we raise our daughters to make those demands, we, as leaders, need to be proactive and methodical about how we think about compensation. I'm so proud that our organization can lead by example, but our work isn't done. We need to continue to diversify our employee base, invest in career advancement and be vigilant about this topic," said Mandy Ginsberg, CEO, Match Group.

"Following an in-depth review and analysis using mathematically rigorous methodologies and criteria, results showed no statistical evidence that variation in compensation is due to gender in the employees evaluated at Match Group," said Zev Eigen, Syndio's founder and Chief Data Scientist. "Match's dedication and commitment to transparency, accountability and fairness through ongoing review is commendable -- especially in the technology industry where we have seen the need to level the playing field for female engineers, scientists, developers and other technical jobs," said Eigen.

Match Group has reaffirmed its commitment to conducting annual pay audits and addressing any pay equity issues that it finds across all categories.
