WiLAN Subsidiary Acquires Major Semiconductor Patent Portfolio


OTTAWA, Nov. 28, 2018 /CNW/ - Wi-LAN Inc. ("WiLAN") today announced that WiLAN's wholly-owned subsidiary, Alsephina Innovations, Inc., has acquired a portfolio of roughly 1,000 semiconductor patents from a leading semiconductor foundry.  

Terms of the acquisition agreement are confidential.
