Aeroflow Healthcare Acquires Multiple Lines of Business From HealthCare Plus

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Nov. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Aeroflow Healthcare, an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company, today announced the acquisition of HealthCare Plus' resupply lines of business to allow HealthCare Plus to successfully exit the durable medical equipment (DME) market and more efficiently operate its pharmacy in Polson, MT.

Aeroflow has acquired Healthcare Plus' resupply lines for positive airway pressure (PAP), urological, incontinence, and wound care products. This allows Aeroflow to provide high-quality care for these patients by ensuring the delivery of necessary medical equipment and supplies on a regular basis. HealthCare Plus also received capital to assist in refocusing goals related to its local pharmacy.

"By acquiring these new resupply lines, Aeroflow is able to provide top quality products that patients need to maintain their quality of life, without compromising their availability as HealthCare Plus exits the industry," said Andrew Amoth, Corporate Development Manager at Aeroflow Healthcare. "As HealthCare Plus seeks to improve its pharmacy practice, they are able to trust that its patients are in capable hands with Aeroflow."

Aeroflow and HealthCare Plus worked closely together to provide a smooth transition for each of their patients to prevent coverage lapses or delivery delays. Assisting these patients allows Aeroflow to further its mission of providing optimal care to even more individuals in need of quality medical product solutions.
