MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Nexus, a national nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, has selected Dain Parkinson as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He will provide financial leadership from the Plymouth, MN, corporate office.
Parkinson comes to Nexus with more than 25 years of experience working with boards, owners and executive leadership in companies ranging from start-ups to large companies. His former experience includes CVS, United Health Group, Honeywell, and Morgan Stanley. Before joining Nexus, he served as CFO of Merwin Long Term Care, a Minnesota-based private company.
Parkinson's finance experience includes strong strategic and operational finance involvement in assessing and improving the quality and value of customer service offerings, client care, products and processes. He is experienced in all finance and accounting functions and has a record of success in the areas of strategic and financial planning, analysis, risk reduction, revenue and cost management, and in leading strategic imperatives.
