Hebrew Academy Miami's Newly Established Breakfast Club Provides Healthy Meals to Children in Need


MIAMI BEACH, Fla., Nov. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Hebrew Academy (RASG) is excited to announce The Breakfast Club, an opportunity for all students to have a healthy breakfast and be better prepared for the day ahead. Thanks to a generous donation from The David and Leila Centner Foundation, Hebrew Academy is able to provide a free breakfast daily to children who cannot afford it.

"We are so grateful to The David and Leila Centner Foundation for providing us with the opportunity to offer breakfast at no cost to students who otherwise would not be able to afford this meal," said Development Director, Adi Raz. "Now these students will enter their classrooms better equipped to focus on their school day."

David and Leila Centner are passionate humanitarians and philanthropists dedicated to helping women and children achieve their maximum potential through education and sustainability programs. Through the Foundation, they support and create innovative programs that seek to empower individuals to reach beyond their limiting circumstances. The Foundation has supported initiatives in Nicaragua, Ethiopia, Miami, and New York.
