Acclivity Health Solutions Enters into an Exclusive Agreement with Duke University-based, Prepped Health, LLC

Acclivity and the team from Prepped Health will be showcasing the enhanced Connected Care Platform at the upcoming Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) conference in Orlando, FL Nov.5-8
