Cloud CMA's new feature, iBuyer Connecttm, leads to successful home transactions for subscribers

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., Oct. 31, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Real estate software company W+R Studios announced today that Cloud CMA agents have successfully sold multiple properties using Cloud CMA's new feature "iBuyer Connect," previously called Cloud Investor Connect. The company also announced it now has a patent pending on this method.

iBuyer Connect is a feature of the redesigned Cloud CMA. During the process of creating a Cloud CMA, if the subject property meets the requirements of an iBuyer, a message appears asking the agent if they would like to request a cash offer. If the agent agrees they may be able to present the home seller a CMA and a cash offer at the listing presentation.

"We began running a test back in August with iBuyer Connect in Southern California with a limited number of zip codes," stated Greg Robertson, co-founder of W+R Studios.
