The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will hold a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec from Monday, October 22, to Friday October 26, 2018.

This hearing is the third phase in the CRTC's proceedings examining the matters identified in an Order in Council, directed by Government, on possible misleading or aggressive retail sales practices used by large telecommunications service providers.

During the hearing, Canadians will be invited to comment in real-time on issues raised throughout the hearing. Tweets using the hashtag #CRTCforum which comply with the CRTC's Rules of Engagement and which are posted between October 22 (starting at 9 a.m. EDT) and the end of hearing will be added to the public record.
