IronArch Technology Awarded Department of Veterans Affairs Cloud Support Services Contract


MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- IronArch Technology has been awarded a contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for Cloud Support Services. Working as part of the VA Office of Information Technology (OIT) Demand Management Division (DMD) Enterprise Cloud Solutions Office (ECSO), the IronArch team will help in the implementation of cloud-first policy solutions.

Under this task order, IronArch will review, analyze, and recommend enhancements to the VA enterprise cloud architecture, requirements, designs, and operations. The company will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking cloud application performance, reviewing and verifying the quality of implementation of service requests, and analyzing account management practices with recommended improvements.
