WINDSOR, ON, Oct. 5, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will announce a major investment in science and engineering research across Canada. Minister Duncan will be joined by a representative of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), as well as by scientists and students who will benefit from the new funding.
Preceding the announcement, media are invited to tour a science exhibit of some of the projects receiving funding at the University of Windsor, at which time researchers and students benefitting from the funds will be available for interviews.
Minister Duncan will be available to media following the announcement.
