Naya Clinics Announces Its Newest Therapist; Winnie the Therapy Dog, serving Children with Special needs


CINCINNATI, July 23, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Naya Clinics, also doing business as Sam Nabil Counseling Services, is pleased to announce its newest services catering for children and adults with special needs. Providing the services are Licensed professional counselor Candice Paolino and her trained therapy dog Winnie. They are both experts on working with Autism and other special needs. Candice is also an advisory board member for the Ken Anderson Alliance whose mission is to "create opportunities for Adults with disabilities."

"My passion is helping kids with special needs and their families navigate their way through challenges and to support them on their unique journey. I have the professional knowledge and credentials, and the personal experience of raising a child with special needs, so my desire to help others runs deep." Candice explained.

Candice capitalizes on her degrees in Special Education, School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling to help others explore struggles and barriers in a warm and supportive environment.

Candice utilizes Winnie the therapy dog. Winnie has helped Candice's clients Improve focus and attention, reduce anxiety and isolation, increase self-esteem, increase trust, develop empathy and improve teamwork. Winnie's presence is optional.
