ACCEO Solutions Acquires Julo

The company expands and updates its range of solutions in the recreational sector

MONTREAL, July 2, 2015 /CNW/ - ACCEO Solutions Inc. (ACCEO), a Canadian leader in information technology and business and financial solutions, is proud to announce its acquisition of Julo, a Quebec-based firm working on the development, operation, and promotion of an online broadcasting and registration platform for activities offered by recreational and cultural organizations.

ACCEO already reaches millions of citizens with recreational-management solutions which are used by most of the major cities in Quebec. Now, thanks to its latest acquisition, ACCEO will, as well, be able to meet the broadcasting and registration needs of organizations of all sizes with a flexible, easy-to-use, and secure platform. Also made possible is the integration of this platform with ACCEO solutions already being used by cities; this will optimize management of recreational services and their connection to accredited organizations on municipal territory, thereby ensuring the delivery of better service to citizens.

The Julo platform will also integrate ACCEO's secure online payment gateway, which is already used by a significant number of cities and municipalities which are clients of the company.

"We are very enthusiastic about welcoming Julo to ACCEO, not only because the firm brings with it a solution which uniquely complements our current recreational-sector offering, but also because it adds new technologies to our development strategy ? including cloud computing, in which we will be increasingly active," says Gilles Létourneau, president and CEO of ACCEO Solutions.

"Combining our expertise with that of a company of the calibre of ACCEO is exciting and rewarding. By having access to ACCEO's network and resources, we can, without a doubt, accelerate our growth plans and increase the adoption of our solution by small and large organizations," explains Louis-Marc Rodrigue, co-founder of Julo.
