FICS' 37th Annual Users' Conference Showcases Innovation and Best Practices in Mortgage Industry

Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®), a leading provider of mortgage loan origination software, residential servicing software and commercial servicing software, recently hosted its 37th Annual Users' Conference in Dallas. Over 275 participants attended the April conference.

During the conference, FICS' customers attended educational sessions focused on regulatory changes and new digital lending tools impacting the mortgage origination and servicing industry. Attendees heard from Fannie Mae® representatives on resolving investor reporting rejects and DocMagic® experts on how their eClosing solution (Total eClosetm) and Remote Online Notary services support hybrid and full eClosings.

In her keynote speech, Susan Graham, president and COO of FICS®, encouraged lenders to continue focusing on their work's impact. "I am reminded of your profound impact on the lives of countless individuals and families. From helping someone achieve the dream of homeownership to providing vital support during financial need, your work is not just about transactions; it's about building communities and transforming lives," Graham said. "At FICS, we also strive to be your partner in building your business. Our challenges may be significant ? high home prices, interest rates that won't budge, uncertainty over the economy - but so are our resilience, creativity, and determination. Together, we can overcome obstacles and create a brighter future for all."

Attendees also participated in live demonstrations of new product features and enhancements. Special sessions featured comprehensive overviews of the system functionality in Loan Producer®, Commercial Servicer® and Mortgage Servicer®. FICS® employees and customers shared best practices via roundtables, open forums, and informal conversations.

"FICS' Annual Conference proved engaging, valuable, and incredibly educational. Not only did I have the opportunity to connect with fellow users, but I also strengthened existing relationships with current users and the fantastic FICS team," said Karin Chu, Director of Loan Closing & Servicing at American Real Estate Capital. "For anyone considering attending this event in the future, I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so. There's something extraordinary about the live experience that can't be replicated online."

The 2025 Users' Conference will be held April 9th - 11th in Dallas.
