Empowering Excellence Through AI Enablement: HTEC Invests in a 100% AI-fluent Workforce

HTEC, a global digital consulting, software engineering, and product development firm, has launched an organization-wide AI enablement initiative. The initiative aims to equip HTEC's global workforce with fundamental and highly technical artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and provide continuing education in AI.

Bringing each HTEC employee to the necessary level of AI literacy is crucial ? it enables the organization to continue leading AI-powered digital transformations for its clients and ensure the productivity and effectiveness of its workforce while doing so.

"To lead and transform our customers, we must transform ourselves. Prioritizing hands-on experience and continuous learning is necessary to stay ahead in AI. The HTEC AI Enablement program will seamlessly guide our teams into the new AI era, equipping them with the skills to speak the language of tomorrow's innovations fluently and redefine digital strategy, implementation, and operational excellence," said Goran Savic, HTEC's director of technology, Tech Excellence.

The program will offer basic AI training for administrative and non-engineering staff and technical instruction tailored to each engineer's role.

Darko Todorovic, head of engineering at HTEC, said: "The AI enablement initiative extends across all organizational segments, ensuring we have the depth and breadth to provide leadership and guidance to our global customers across industries and domains. Our clients expect us to lead the way, and we must ensure our workforce is ready for the AI age."

Program structure and learning paths

The multi-tiered curriculum features information from technology domain experts and verified internal and external sources. This ensures HTEC's engineers maintain core AI and ML competency and that the company's non-engineering staff can identify AI opportunities.

Already an internal success, HTEC has begun implementing similar AI workforce enablement projects for selected customers.

"AI enablement initiatives are imperative for businesses, and HTEC is here to support our clients with organizational design in the AI era, workforce AI enablement, digital strategy, and product development and engineering to drive their businesses forward," said Goran.
