Veracity Worldwide Promotes Benjamin Weiss to Chief Executive Officer
Veracity Worldwide, a leading business intelligence and strategic advisory firm, has appointed Benjamin Weiss as its new Chief Executive Officer. Ben joined Veracity in 2015 and has led the firm's Asia-Pacific business for the last five years. He takes over from Jay Truesdale, who will serve as a Veracity senior advisor during the transition.
Ben brings considerable industry experience and familiarity with Veracity's services and global client base, having held a succession of research, client management, and global executive positions. Ben has overseen several of Veracity's longest-standing client partnerships and led firm-wide initiatives on critical minerals, energy transition, and responsible business. Ben established and has directed Veracity's Australia office since 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Ben held research roles at prominent think tanks in New Delhi and New York, advised Fortune 500 executives on strategic communications, and worked on Middle East affairs in Washington, DC. He has degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA).
