VSS Capital Partners Portfolio Company Olympus Cosmetic Group Completes Acquisition of Artisan
VSS Capital Partners ("VSS"), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, business services, and education industries, today announced that its portfolio company, Olympus Cosmetic Group ("Olympus"), a platform providing comprehensive cosmetic surgery, dermatological treatments and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, has completed the acquisition of Artisan Plastic Surgery and Artisan Beauté (collectively "Artisan" or the "Company"), a female-founded and managed cosmetic surgery and medspa enterprise. While financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, VSS made an additional investment to support Olympus' first acquisition.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Artisan operates four locations that provide leading edge treatments to patients. Supported by a talented team of female surgeons, its highly complementary Artisan Beauté medspa locations provide patients with access to the Company's comprehensive and skillfully performed non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Artisan's dual offering is unique in that it allows for a cross-pollination of patients between the surgical practice and medspa locations.
