Nylas Introduces its Nylas Email for Salesforce Package

Nylas, the state-of-the-art communications platform giving developers universal access to email, calendar, and contacts providers through a single API integration, today, announced the general availability of its Nylas Email for Salesforce package. This new package arms Salesforce administrators and revenue teams with a unified view of all customer-facing email conversations, including messages sent by Salesforce and non-Salesforce users, and data within any account, contact, lead, or opportunity record. Users can seamlessly connect and launch the Nylas Email Salesforce package to access comprehensive customer communications data to gain a better understanding of their customers, align on new business and upsell opportunities, and build AI workflows that increase productivity by eliminating context switching around data entry and maintenance.

Even with the addition of chatbots, messaging apps, and more, email continues to be the predominant communication channel worldwide. In 2023, there were 347.3 billion emails sent and received per day, a number that is expected to grow to 408.2 billion per day by 2027. By harnessing Nylas' new solution, Salesforce users can ensure all types of business logic and context that flow through email conversations can automatically make its way into their CRM.

"From sending and receiving contracts and business-critical document, to conversations around customer support, product feedback, organizational updates, and more, modern business happens over email. At the same time, CRMs have established themselves as the single source of truth for revenue-generating and go-to-market teams," said Jesse Ervin, Chief Revenue Officer at Nylas. "The Nylas Email for Salesforce package allows administrators to set up and implement the solution in minimal time and with minimal technical resources, while users can seamlessly create a connection and automated workflow between your email and your CRM.
