(the Company) (TSX: RCG) announced today it will hold its annual meeting of shareholders (the Meeting), in person, at the Toronto Region Board of Trade, on Tuesday, June 4, at 1:30 p.m. (EST). The Chair of RF Capital's Board of Directors, Donald Wright, will host the Meeting. In lieu of a traditional annual report for 2023, the Company posted a video to its website in which its CEO,
