Jordan Gaston Hired as Vice President, Head of Workforce Housing for Capstone Development Partners

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 22, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Capstone Development Partners ("Capstone"), a leader in the student housing development industry, today announced the hiring of Jordan Gaston to fill a new leadership role within the company as Vice President, Head of Workforce Housing.

Jordan previously served as the Director of Finance within Capstone's finance division from 2016 to 2021. During that time, he led the structuring of the ownership and financing of almost $1B of Capstone's on-campus and campus-edge student housing and mixed-use developments, undertaken in either public-private partnerships or affiliations with colleges and universities across the country. Jordan most recently served as a Vice President in Citigroup's public finance department, where he focused on executing P3 financings across a variety of asset classes including student housing, workforce housing, and homeless shelters.

In addition to bringing valuable student housing experience in his return to Capstone, Jordan will be leading Capstone's efforts to expand the company's business into the financing, development, and operation of workforce housing.
