RVD Communications Announces Acquisition by Band of Insiders

Award-winning Latin American agency to expand operations with an established U.S. team

NEW YORK, April 22, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- RVD Communications, a progressive PR, influencer marketing and brand building agency founded by Rachel Van Dolsen in New York City, has been acquired by award-winning amplification agency, Band of Insiders.

Band of Insiders was founded in 2012 in Mexico City and has offices in Colombia, Panama and Argentina. Led by a talented female C-suite, including Vivian Baron (Founder & CEO) and Angélica Cabrera (Sr. Partner & Managing Director LATAM), the agency specializes in corporate communications, thought leadership, experiential and influencer marketing for flagship clients like Volvo, Heineken, Danone, adidas and others.
