PALISADES ANNOUNCES NEW FOUND TO ACQUIRE LABRADOR GOLD'S KINGSWAY PROJECT

VANCOUVER, BC, April 22, 2024 /CNW/ - Palisades Goldcorp Ltd. (TSXV: PALI) ("Palisades" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that New Found Gold Corp. ("New Found"), a significant equity investee of Palisades within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation, has entered into a property purchase agreement with Labrador Gold Corp. ("LabGold") providing for the sale by LabGold to New Found (the "Transaction") of a 100% interest in LabGold's Kingsway Project (the "Kingsway Project"), which adjoins New Found's 100%-owned Queensway project in Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as certain related assets of LabGold (together with the Kingsway Project, the "Purchased Assets").
