BLADEX ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR FIRST QUARTER 2024


PANAMA CITY, April 18, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. ("Bladex" or the "Bank"), announced today its Board of Directors' approval of a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.50 per share corresponding to the first quarter of 2024.

The cash dividend is payable May 15, 2024 to the Bank's stockholders as of April 29, 2024 record date.

As of March 31, 2024, Bladex had 36,727,297.73 shares outstanding of all classes.
