The program blends in-person, remote, and online learning, culminating in a 250-hour certification that includes Reformer, Chair, Jump, and Tower instruction. Successful completion prepares instructors to teach clients of all ages and fitness levels and provides NASM, AFAA, & ACE Continuing Education Credits.

For those already certified in Pilates with a 450-hour comprehensive Pilates certification, BODYBAR offers a Bridge Program, allowing for a streamlined process to join the BODYBAR family.

Each BODYBAR Pilates studio employs between 8-12 instructors, including a Fitness Manager who manages the team and teaches, ensuring a high standard of quality and community within each studio. The instructor recruitment program supports the expansion of the franchise into new markets.
