Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council Announces Leslie Sanchez, Jorge Ferraez and Ana Mollinedo Mims to the HC3 Board of Directors


In another significant move to bolster the representation of Hispanic leaders in corporate America, the Hispanic C-Suite Corporate Council (HC3) is proud to announce the appointment of Leslie Sanchez, Jorge Ferraez, and Ana Mollinedo Mims to the Board of Directors. This strategic decision marks the organization's continued commitment to enhance the development, leadership, and philanthropic efforts of Hispanic executives and fortify the Hispanic influence within their respective companies, industries, and communities.

George Herrera, Chairman of the Board, and Andre Arbelaez, President and CEO of HC3, highlighted the organization's strategic initiatives to elevate Hispanic business leaders within C-Suite roles and the U.S. economic-driving power of the Hispanic market. "Our goal is unambiguous - we aim to bridge the gap in Hispanic leadership through comprehensive development programs and advocacy that leverages the exceptional business acumen, talents, and contributions of Hispanic professionals within the corporate world," Herrera & Arbelaez asserted.

Under Herrera's and Arbelaez's leadership, HC3 is set to embark on a transformative journey from its headquarters in Detroit, Michigan.

About the new Directors:

Leslie Sanchez is a media entrepreneur, author, and political analyst for CBS News. An award-winning expert on trends impacting women and the Hispanic/Latino markets, her insights with Impacto Group have delivered winning campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, early-stage startups, political candidates, and global non-profits. In 2019, Leslie was also named a Johns Hopkins University Leadership Fellow.

Whether dissecting the evolution of Latino voters or exploring the challenges facing women in leadership, Leslie has an uncanny ability to predict and dissect pivotal moments. Her books, Los Republicanos and You've Come a Long Way, Maybe, earned her accolades like "100 Most Influential Hispanics" by Hispanic Business and "Texas Powerbroker" by the Houston Chronicle.

Leslie previously held a number of political and government-related appointments, including Director of the White House Initiative on Hispanic Education under former President George W. Bush, and legislative aide for a Member of the House Appropriations Committee. Leslie is a fifth-generation Texan who holds a BA from George Washington University, and an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation.

Jorge Ferraez is a bi-national businessman who runs the USA Operation of the Ferraez Publications Group. Based in Dallas TX, he publishes Latino Leaders Magazine, the most important magazine for the Latino/Hispanic leadership business community. He also hosts numerous programs and conferences in the US to showcase Latinos in leadership positions in areas such as the C-Suite, Board, and Business Ownership. Latino Leaders was founded by Jorge and his brother in 1999 with a nationwide circulation and has become the "who's who" publication of the Affluent and Relevant Hispanic community.

Jorge is also a Co-founder of Líderes Mexicanos, the most successful magazine of its kind in Mexico, which has been in circulation for 34 years in Mexico. He is the host of the "Comida de los 300 Lideres." He is the publisher of Petróleo & Energía magazine which is the most prominent magazine in Mexico for the Oil and Gas industry and is a valued B2B communication tool in this key sector of Mexico's economy.

Jorge is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of KERA TV Dallas, TX. In 2015 He was named to the Hispanic Advisory Council for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. He serves on the Hispanic Advisory Council at Children's Health in Dallas.

Ana Mollinedo Mims is a Global Chief Executive with over 25 years of closely working with Boards, Founders, VC/PE firms, and senior leadership of startups and Fortune 100 companies as a fractional CEO to drive growth strategies, solve complex market issues, deliver strategic GTM product solutions, and transform operational processes through integrated digital technology. She has extensive team leadership experience across 150+ countries in highly technical and regulated industries, and a deep understanding of emerging markets including China, India, and the Middle East.

Ana brings a world of depth and understanding of the C-Suite universe both through her current work and having served as CMO at OrthoGrid Systems, as Managing Director at Aproposito, PTE Ltd, Singapore, Chief Communications Officer, Cable & Wireless, PLC, in the UK. Ana has 19 years of combined nonprofit and private company Board experience across a number of industries both in the US and abroad.

Originally born in Havana, Cuba, Ana holds degrees and post-graduate certifications from Harvard Business School, Dartmouth Tuck-Singapore Management University, Nova Southeastern University, Florida State University/ASAE, and Barry University. She has authored several articles and publications, and has received international recognition for her book Keeping the Faith: How Applying Spiritual Purpose to Work Can Lead to Extraordinary Success (HarperCollins/Rayo). Ana has been named one of Profiles in Diversity Journal's Women Worth Watching in Business and One of Black Enterprise's Deans of Diversity. During the trajectory of her career, she has been the architect of award-winning global DEI and supplier diversity departments and programs.

In addition to her corporate roles, Ana also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University SPS Division of Programs in Business in the Integrated Marketing and Communications Master's Program.
