MINTO APARTMENT REIT TO REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 7, 2024

OTTAWA, ON, April 3, 2024 /CNW/ - Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MI.UN) today announced that it will release its 2024 first quarter financial results after market close on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024.

Jonathan Li, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Edward Fu, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call for analysts and investors on Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at 10:00 am (ET).
