Nuance Medical's agreement to acquire BIOCORNEUM was accomplished through a court-administered sale process following the Chapter 11 filing of BIOCORNEUM's parent company, Sientra, Inc., announced in February of this year.
CARLSBAD, Calif., April 3, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Nuance Medical, a leading designer, developer and marketer of branded and private label medical products, announced today that it has agreed to acquire BIOCORNEUM?, a state-of-the-art silicone gel scar treatment brand. The transaction is anticipated to close by mid-April.
Carlsbad, California-based Nuance Medical finalized the agreement to acquire BIOCORNEUM through a court-administered sale process following the Chapter 11 filing of BIOCORNEUM's parent company, Sientra, Inc., announced in February of this year.
