Helika Raises $8M in Oversubscribed Series A Round from Pantera Capital, Sparkle Ventures, Diagram Ventures & Sfermion

The Series A raise advances the launch of Helika's AI-powered suite of products

The funding round was led by Pantera Capital with participation from Sparkle Ventures, Diagram Ventures, and Sfermion. Key executives with the traditional studio background including Scopely and SciPlay have participated in the round, including Spencer Tucker, Damon Gura and Marc Alloul.

The funding will accelerate the launch of Helika's AI-powered Game Management products to help studios to drive profitable user acquisition, retention, engagement and ultimately higher profits for both traditional and web3 games. Today, Helika provides an end-to-end suite of products focusing on advanced off-chain and on-chain analytics, web2 and web3 attribution, along with LiveOps and A/B testing products to drive studios' profitability.
