CIRO to Hold a Settlement Hearing for Robert Weston Crocker


TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2023 /CNW/ - A hearing has been scheduled before a hearing panel of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) to consider under the Investment Dealer and Partially Consolidated Rules whether the hearing panel should accept a settlement agreement between Enforcement Staff and Robert Weston Crocker.

The hearing is not open to the public but will become open in the event that the hearing panel accepts the agreement. If the agreement is accepted, the panel's decision and the settlement agreement will be made available at www.ciro.ca.

Hearing Date:   December 18, 2023 at 10:00 am (Eastern Time)

Location:          Toronto, Ontario (via videoconference)

The alleged violations occurred while the respondent was a Registered Representative with the Toronto branch of Canaccord Genuity Corp. Robert Weston Crocker is no longer a registrant with a CIRO-regulated firm.
