MONTREAL, Sept. 25, 2023 /CNW/ - The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) invites media representatives to a press briefing at which it will outline the new deposit-refund system and the main changes taking effect on November 1, 2023.

The Quebec Beverage Container Recycling Association (QBCRA) is the designated management body (DMB) named by RECYC-QUÉBEC for the development, implementation, financing and management of the deposit-refund system, in line with the principle of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). Its members are the various beverage producers involved in the recovery, reuse, recycling and reclamation of beverage containers in the province of Quebec.
