AmmPower Accepts Rene Bharti's Resignation From Its Board of Directors

TORONTO, June 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AmmPower Corp. (CSE: AMMP) (OTCQB: AMMPF) (FSE: 601A) (the "Company" or "AmmPower") announces that Rene Bharti has tendered his resignation from the AmmPower Board of Directors effective May 18, 2023. However, Mr. Bharti will continue on as President and an officer of the company.
