Extendicare Announces April 2023 Dividend of C$0.04 per Share

MARKHAM, Ontario, April 17, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Extendicare Inc. ("Extendicare" or the "Company") (TSX: EXE) announced that it has declared a cash dividend of C$0.04 per common share of the Company (the "Common Share") for the month of April 2023, which is payable on May 15, 2023 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 28, 2023. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
